The Tool Management System (TMS) ensures complete visibility and control over die and mould maintenance throughout their lifecycle. It automatically connects with the Production Monitoring System (PMS) to track tool usage and performance in real time, ensuring accurate data capture without manual intervention.
The system intelligently generates breakdown tickets whenever a tool failure occurs and manages the entire workflow of repair, review, and closure, keeping every action traceable. It also issues alerts for upcoming Preventive Maintenance (PM) and enables teams to fill digital PM check sheets, providing centralized access to maintenance records for audits and analysis.
When a tool approaches the end of its planned life, the system triggers retooling evaluation alerts to plan replacements proactively. The built-in spare-parts inventory module monitors stock levels, automatically warning users when quantities fall below the Reorder Level (ROL) to avoid production delays.
Escalation mechanisms ensure accountability — if any maintenance or task exceeds the preset threshold, stakeholders are notified instantly for corrective action.
